Hey All!

I am afraid I have been completely neglecting this blog... understatement of the century! I have been busy busy busy with my PhD.

HOWEVER - Big News. I leave for America in 48 hours!! My Visa is sorted. My accommodation is sorted. My job is sorted! Scary stuff. So... the first thing I want to ask you all... What's California like?? I'm only joking... I have just never been to America before and I am so excited/terrified!

All I can say is that I am definitely going to be more active in the blogging world again... I am going to need you guys!
